Bananas'ptoduction is becoming more and more important in tropical district. Chemical prevention is the most efficient method to prevent root knot nematode, which is the most hazardous insect in bananas'plantation. Therefore, the long-term massive employment of agricultural chemicals will cause serious soil and water environmental pollution, and it has become one important attribute of harming natural environment and biological health. the agricultural product safeness and pesticide pollution of Anthropogenic soil have become the worldwide environment question. Therefore this project studied soil organisms quality evolution under pesticide pollution environment and griculture chemicals'behavior in the soil. Assessing the impact on soil organisms quality evolution and agricultural production's safeness. This has important theoretical and practical significance. We Drawed the following conclusion initially through the field experimental study:(1) Chlorpyripos were able to promote the growth of carbon biomass of microorganisms slightly in the initial period. Nitrogen Biomass and the carbon-nitrogen ratio changed as promotion to depression to recovery..Breath entopy didn't change significantly and recovered to the level of sample. Carbosulfan had the same impact on the carbon biomass and nitrogen, but it didn't have significant impact on carbon-nitrogen ratio and breath entrofy.(2) Chlorpyripos and Carbosulfan could stimulate the activity of catalase, urease. phosphatase. But, the double use of Carbosulfan turned to depress the activity of urease from the third day to seventh day. And both of them had slight impact on amylase.(3) AWCD values of Chlorpyripos and Carbosulfan rised slightly on the third day and went back to the normal on the 28th day, which meant both of them could increase metabolic activity of soil- microbe community. Besides, indexes of Shannon and Simpson changed littlly. McIntosh index rised slightly and went back to normal level, which meant utilization capacity on different carbon sources changed. To be concluded, Chlorpyripos and Carbosulfan couldn't affect function of microbe community of the two kinds of soil in a long term.(4) Chlorpyripos'effect on the content of PLFA of bacterium, funguses, actinomyces, gram-positive bacterium and gram-negative bacterium were not significant on the third day and on the 28th day. Carbosulfan promoted the increase of germs slightly, but didn't affect it on the 28th day. To be concluded, both of Chlorpyripos and Carbosulfan couldn't affect struction of microbe community of the two kinds of soil in a long term.(5) Chlorpyripos'half life was 8~10d, and its degradation rate was 99% on the 28th day. Half lifes of Carbosulfan and it's degradations were 6-8 d.And Carbosulfan's degradating rate was 99% on the 28th day. Pesticides were employed when the banana-trees went into fruit developmental phase. Seven days after, the samples were collected and analysed. The result showed that there's no residues in the banana's leaves, peels and flesh. This study indicated that hlorpyripos and Carbosulfan didn't harm banana's safe production under the recommended quantity or using root-irrigation.
