The research of 2,6-di (pyrazolyl-3-yl) pyridine derivative has great potential ability. The structure of this kind of compounds has big conjugation. As the derivative of pyrazole and pyridine,it has a high biological activity. So the kind of this compounds has potential application in the field of medicine, biology and luminescence. Meanwhile,2,6-di (pyrazolyl-3-yl) pyridine derivative is also a kinds of N-heterocycles organic ligands, and the special scorpion-like structure character enhance the ability of this ligands coordinate with metal ions, the complex which is synthesized with this ligands has a better stability. Herewith, this complexes have potential applications in the field of catalysis, materials science, crystal engineering, magnetism and luminescence. Hence,2,6-di(pyrazolyl-3-yl)pyridine family occupy a main place in the area of coordination chemistry. What's more, as a intermediate production of synthesis 2,6-di (pyrazolyl-3-yl) pyridine, researching the synthesis method of bis-(3-diketone-type is a principal branch in the organic synthesis area, and it also occupy an important position in the field of molecular design and synthesis. This determine that 2,6-di (pyrazolyl-3-yl) pyridine derivative also have the same important application.This thesis take 2,6-pyridinedic arboxylic acid as the precursor, four kinds of compounds have been synthesized which followed by processes of esterification, condensation,cyclization and substituent. The compounds are 2, 6-di(5-phenyl-1H-pyrazolly-3-yl)pyridine(1),2,6-di(5-methyl-lH-pyrazolly-3-yl)pyridine (2), 2,6-di(1,5-dis-phenyl-pyrazolly-3-yl)pyridine (3) and 2,6-di(1, 5-dis-methyl-pyrazolly-3-yl)pyridine (4), respectively. What's more, take the 2, 6-di(5-phenyl-1H-pyrazolly-3-yl)pyridine (1) and 2, 6-di(5-methyl-1H-pyrazolly-3-yl)pyridine (2) as ligands, and make them to coordinate with metal salt of Cu, Co and Ni, respectively. Three tranisation metal complexes [Cu(C,3H13N5)Cl2] (5), [Co(C13H13N5)2]·4CH3OH (6) and [Ni3(C23H17N5)4]·6H2O (7) are obtained. The compounds are characterized by IR spectrum, elemental analysis,1HMR and CNMR. The complexes are characterized by signal X-ray diffraction analysis, and described the accurate spatial location of all atoms, the bond length, bond angle and the connective types in detail. Take the X-ray diffraction method to test the purity of complexes (6,7), and discuss UV-spectrum properties.
