Teaching Experiment Platform Of Cnc Machine Fault Diagnosis

With widely development and application of numerical control in the field of machine tool, NC maintenance technology has played an important role, at the same time, the number of advanced talents with NC machine tool fault diagnosis skill can't meet the need of the market, thus it's very necessary for technical college undergraduate to grasp relative technology and method about NC machine tool fault diagnosis skill, therefore it's very important to have a research on teaching & experiment platform based on NC machine tool fault diagnosis and maintenance.The thesis researched the following several aspect, firstly put forward general research project based on NC teaching experiment platform of FANUC Oi Mate-TC, and finished the choice of FANUC Oi Mate-TC, software design, hardward configuration and connection, electric circuit design etc., Secondly it designed hardware of self-generating test paper system based on NC teaching experiment platform with the several function of serical communication, telephone communication and TCP/IP communication, furthermore it designed self-generating test paper system based on NC teaching experiment platform with the function of users management, difficulty configuration, item selection and self-generating paper. Thirdly it also researched parameter configuration method based on FANUC-Oi, work theory and development method of PMC, NC teaching experiment platform electric diagnostics configuration method. In addition to the above, the thesis also put emphasis to the detailed method of fault configuration, fault analysis and fault elimination about NC teaching experiment platform by means of rapezoid diagram of PMC, moreover, it can also research the application of the method in field of fault diagnostics and maitenace.The thesis took a typical NC system FANUC Oi Mate-TC as research target, desined NC teaching maintenance experiment and teaching platform had the function of experiment, training and teaching, examination, which can meet the need of several technical college, and it's very important to improve the skill ability of NC machine tool fault diagnosis.
