In this paper ,Actuality of the matching nature between polymer solution and porous medium based on the physical simulation experiment. This article researches the rule of the resistance coefficient and residual resistance coefficient and non-dimensional breakthrough time chang with the porous media gap feature sizes and the polymer molecular weight . The resistance coefficient and residual resistance coefficient decreased and the non-dimensional breakthrough time increased with the increase of the porous media gap feature sizes.The conclusion is opposite with the increase of the polymer molecular weight This paper also discuss the gelling effect influenced by HPAM citric acid aluminum and system concentration, polymer molecular weight, hydrolysis degree, PH value, salinity and temperature, and other factors. Research shows that gelling strength increase gradually with the increase of component concentration and polymer molecular weight. Rapid gelling, and severe dehydration when the PH is lower. With PH value increases, it can form a good gelling effect and stop gelling at a fixed value . The higher the salinity, the smaller gelling strength is, the longer gelling time is. With the temperature increases gelling time is short. The higher of hydrolysis degree, the lower gelling strength is, the smaller the gelling time.is. Through the above research , proceeding the displacement experiment at different profile slug tone and variation coefficient model . and contrasting with the three steps" slug polymer flooding under the same dosage polymers . Experimental results show that the effect of profile control is better than displacement at a higher Variation coefficient While the number of polymer injection amount is bigger under the same variability adjustable oil displacement profile effect quite the effect of profile control is equal to displacement.and the three steps" slug polymer is better than the six steps".
