The regularity for change of microcosmic pore characteristic of all kinds of reservoirs and wettability and sensibility of core are researched through analyzing the data of sealing core, the statistical data of inspection wells, the results of scanning electron microscope and the results of experiments indoor for the actual situation that the changes of porosity, permeability, pore throat characteristics of reservoir and wettability and sensibility of core occur after long period of water flooding.The flooding efficiency of water flooding and chemical flooding for all kinds of reservoirs is studied through the experiments of flooding indoor. On that basis, the relationship between the multiplier of injected water and water cut is researched, and the reasonable injection velocity, polymer concentration and slug composition are determined. The water flooding sweep efficiency for Lamadian oil field is collected through onsite data, and further research is carried out by experiments indoor for polymer flooding sweep efficiency.In this paper, the analyzing results of core experiments and the statistical results onsite are carried out comparative analysis to analyze all kinds of factors that influence the development efficiency of water flooding and chemical flooding in theory. Now the development condition and the regularity of development indexes in Lamadian oil field are clear through combining a lot of actual data. All these things provide a reliable theoretical foundation for reasonable development for Lamadian oil field.
