Use paint enzyme will indigo into biochemical sex strong indoles hydroquinone and adjacent amino acid, reuse microbes indoles hydroquinone and adjacent to amino acid degradation, so as to achieve the purpose of degradation indigo printing and dyeing wastewater.Tow strains, F2andN4, which showed obvious degradation activity, were screened from Indigo dyeing wastewater and sediment and indoles quinonoids turbid liquid 152 strains of lactic acid bacteria. These tow strains were isolated from the silage and the natural fermented yoghurt of Qinghai. After excluding organic acid, hydrogen peroxide and so on, we confirmed the antimicrobial material obtained the feature of protein, could be classified as bacteriocin.The strains of CW3 and CW5 were Lactobacillus, and the strain of CW22 was Leuconostoc by preliminary identification.This study from two strains can high efficiency degradation with neighboring amino acid indoles quinone strains of:F2 and N4 interchange. After to its shape characteristic by 16SrRNA, physiological and biochemical characteristics and the analysis of the gene sequence for zijin cows identified F2 myrsinacearum, phyllobacterium leaves coli bacteria N4 interchange for Achromobacter xylosoxidans xylose oxidation colorless.To adjacent to the N4 interchange and F2 amino acid and the degradation of indoles quinone optimized, concrete research conditions of different temperatures, different dissolved oxygen, different concentration, different starting ph and different media affect the result of degradationF2 optimization the best degradation conditions, the suitable temperature range degradation 35℃to 25℃; 180rpm,5% quantity,30℃condition, to the 50mg·L-1 and 75 mg·L-1·indoles quinonoids solution for the degradation rate 84.99% and reach full 16h 70.49% in degradation, 100mg·L-1 of 150mg·L-1, and 200mg·L-1,300mg·L-1,400mg·L-1,500mg·L-1 the degradation of 24h indoles quinonoids solution 93.37%, respectively 87.90% rate 82.92%, 57.99%,45.16%,44.27%, respectively on 32h,32h,48h,48h,120h 72h and entirely within, degradation; ph in between 4 and 10 indoles quinone degradable F2. The strains of bacteria can used for biological method by paint discoloring handle indigo after printing and dyeing wastewater of enzyme.The best of the N4 interchange indoles quinone degradation conditions,degradation suitable temperature range indoles quinone 35℃to 25℃; 180rpm,5% quantity,30℃conditions,50mg/L, 100mg/L,150mg/L,200mg/L, 300mg/L,400mg/L,500mg/L respectively in 16h indoles quinone 24h,36h 24h, and 36h,84h 72h, and within reach full degradation; The new material generated 16h 24h, respectively, in 36h 24h,24h,48h, the highest 60h, respectively, and then 32h,56h, 56h in 60h,72h,96h,96h below experiment, starting content. In ph2 indoles quinonoids solution ph11, ph1, ph12 conditions, can grow, strains, cannot N4 interchange indoles quinone degradation; ph4 conditions in ph3, slow down solution; In ph5-ph10 conditions can be completely indoles quinone degradation. And while the N4 interchange can degrade adjacent amino acid and can be used for indigo, indoles quinone sewage treatment.
