Two nanometer materials about copper indium selenium and copper indium sulfide semiconductor in recent years, have caused wide public concern because of its applications in solar cells. In this dissertation, a substance S with low price and accessibility will be replaced the Se in the part of CuInSe2. It is not only improving the optical properties of CIS cells, but also reducing the cost of battery components, the alloy CuInSeS2-x will be the solar cells as a very promising material.This thesis gets two kinds of alloys CuInSeS2-x and Cu2-xInxSn1-xSe3-x by hot injection method, and the best synthesis process to prove the nature of its alloy has been found. So people will control its sample morphology and size, and can make the band gap adjustable arbitrarily with changes of the alloys. The method used in this dissertation is easier, less toxic, cheaper and more suitable for industrial production. Here it gives us a new way to prepare the CISS (CuInSeS2-x) films with the room temperature drops. For the firstly, people use the rare gas annealing to deal with CISS film. The basic properties of the film are in research; the feasibility of this method has been proved. We have been explored the new method to prepare the CISS film.
