Research On Correlation Relation Of Point Axis Development And Eco-Environmental Based On Spatial Data Mining

In 2005, officially launched the Hadaqi industrial corridor is the vanguard of revitalization of old industrial bases, the region has a large unused land such as heavy alkaline soil, flood land. Hadaqi industrial corridor strategy is proposed and is implemented, which means a variety of resources within the region have more space, transportation will be more convenient. However, due to the vulnerability of the ecological environment of Hadaqi industrial corridor, it's construction no longer follow the traditional path, we must seek a new regional development model, the implementation of Hadaqi industrial corridor point axis development model can solve the contradiction between the economic development and ecological environment, in order to achieve economic development between ecological development and environmental development.In this paper, the author use spatial data mining and spatial analysis software to analyze the counties of Hadaqi industrial corridor GDP spatial distribution in 2008, including the spatial association of GDP level between counties, based on the point axis development mode, in order to understand the relationship between economic and environment, choose Hadaqi industrial corridor GDP and waste emissions, study found that the development of industrial parks within the region on the ecological environment is quite big. Choose GDP and population to do correlation analysis, found a positive correlation between the two. Use GDP and the General secondary school graduates to do correlation analysis, found a negative correlation between the two. The results show that:it shows a "labor-intensive, resource-intensive enterprises and the low level of knowledge appropriate to gather labor; technology-intensive enterprises, the level of capital-intensive high-tech labor-intensive enterprises and relevant" laws.Finally, Hadaqi industrial corridor development strategy was discussed. According to its regional characteristics, the regional economic development model suitable for point-axis. For outstanding environmental issues, put forward the corresponding solution, in order to achieve dynamic balance of the ecosystem.
