With the improvement of the underground mining depth and the complex of the geological conditions, deep deformation of surrounding rock became more and more obvious, and many deep mine tunnel can't be controlled by the traditional methods. The large deformation and the long-term sustainability flow characteristics emerged in the deep tunnel surrounding rock presented a more difficult task for the construction. To some extent, to solve the urgently problems of the deep mining engineering major technical difficulties and coal construction and mining is to overcome deep high stress and support problems of soft rock roadway.This paper based on a large number of references, set the deep roadway of Zhuji mine and Wangfenggang in Huainan as the background, using the combining research method of theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and field measurement, systematically analyzed and studied the deep mine surrounding rock deformation mechanism. The subject considering the various factors that affected the deformation (natural factors, and construction considerations), and the deep tunnel mining numerical model of Wangfenggang mine were built through field research, observation, and using finite difference numerical calculation software FLAC3D. By calculated and analyzed the deep tunnel surrounding rock displacement field, stress field, plastic zone distribution and development laws, the mechanical characteristics of the bolts and anchor, this paper analyzed the deep mine tunnel surrounding rock deformation and failure characteristics, played a scientific guidance role to the roadway construction.The paper use FLAC3D Secondary development system simulated the process of roadway excavation and different strata bedding,coefficient of horizontal stress,the size of the roadway and grouting effect, and other factors on the impact of the deep surrounding rock deformation characteristics and the plastic zone, obtained the influence of various factors on the deep surrounding rock deformation.
