The photocatalyst processing technology has many virtues which are high treatment efficiency, low energy-consumption, simple process set and degradation organics pollution without second pollution, so this technology will become a new wastewater disposal technology which is studied hottestly. At the same time,fly ash as a solid waste,which is endangering badlly the surrounding environment,but actually only a little fly ash is used in our country at present. This paper embarks from these two aspects and unifies these two aspects, it takes the TiO2 coat to the fly ash, and become a modified photocatalysis used on waste water degeneration processing, thus achieves the goal of the environmental protection.This paper introduces the truth of photocatalysis,influencing factors on the preparation and modified of TiO2 photocatalysis,and carrying on the discussion and summaries to the technical applied present condition of domestic and international photocatalysis.At the same time, this paper carrying on the discussion and summaries to the property of fly ash and the technical applied present condition of domestic and international on fly ash. And four matters are studied on the photocatalyst processing technology in details:1. It uses the sol-gel method in preparation for the TiO2 load-photocatalyst sampls, and considers several factors which will possibly affects the sample catalytic activity to carry on the orthogonal experiment and the one-factor experiment. It decides the optimum samples through to the result of methyl orange solution degeneration, and decides the condition of best sample's preparation, and carries on the SEM representation to the best samples;2. It puts the optimum catalyst sample on the research which carries on to the methyl organic wastewater degeneration, and considers several factors which will possibly affects the reaction process and carries on the orthogonal experiment and the one-factor experiment on the reaction of methylene blue trihydrate solution degeneration, thus decides the optimum condition on reaction and obtains the reaction kinetics equation; It carries on the light degeneration experiment to the methylamine and fatty acid waste water under the consideration influencing factors, and obtains its processing effect through the elimination rate of the COD and the chrominance;The experiment results proved that the processing effect is good;3. It takes representative with Cu2+ in the paper, and carries on the best catalyst sample to the metal waste water degeneration processing research. It considers the influencing factors in the reaction, and carries on the photochemical catalysis degeneration orthogonal experiment and the one-factor experiment to the Cu2+ simulation waste water, thus decides the optimum condition of reaction, and obtains the reaction kinetics equation; The experiment results proved that the processing effect is good;4. It carries on the TiO2 photocatalyst samples which have used once to the regeneration experiment; The experiment results proved that the TiO2 photocatalyst samples which have used in the organic wastewater degeneration experiment have good regeneration, but the TiO2 photocatalyst samples which have used in the metal wastewater degeneration experiment have not ideal regeneration...
