The roots of dioscorea zingiberensis C. H. Wing contain saponins. Saponins decompose sapogenins through acid decomposition action. It is one of the basic raw material of producing steroid hormone medicine. In the production process of sapogenin, it produces a large number of refractory high acid and high organic strength wastewater. Therefore, it has caused huge negative impacts on steroid hormone drugs industry. In this paper, firstly, a special kind of bacteria is elected from several bacteria. It can break down fiber residue through solid fermentation and can degrade the organic matter in wastewater through aerobic fermentation in liquid. And it contains 65%protein. Secondly, sapogenin wastewater is used to the resource utilization through wastewarte treatment technology. The fiber residue isolated can be used as raw material for animal feed additives through the solid state fermentation. Organic matter in wastewater can be used as organic fertilizers after aerobic fermentation in liquid. The bacteria cell isolated from wastewater can produce feed protein. After microbial fermentation and two different physical degradation and chemical treatment, the removal rate of COD and color are too high in wastewater. The main contents are as follows:1. High-protein yeast is filtered from several bacteria through studying the result of the treatment of turmeric saponin wastewater. Results show that using candida utilis to handle sapogenin wastewater, the removal rate of COD and color are 85.37% and 72.56%, obtained weight of stem cells is 8.4g/L, stem cell protein content is 65%. Therefore, using utilis yeast treatment sapogenin wastewater and waste of resources utilization is the most appropriate.2. Through single factor experiments and orthogonal design experiments, using the yeast Candida utilis to deal with sapogenin wastewater, the best conditions of wastewater treatment is inoculum 10%, pH 5.5, the reaction temperature 25℃. Good using candida utilis to deal with sapogenin wastewater, the removal rate of COD and color are 85.75%and 73.55%.3. After the aerobic pretreatment of sapogenin wastewater in the liquid, using Fenton reagent re-oxidation method as sapogenin wastewater treatment post-processing, the best conditions of wastewater treatment is n(H2O2):n(Fe2+)=3:1, amount of material of FeSO4·7H2O 10g.L"1, pH=5, and the removal rate of COD and color are 71.75%and 85%. After the two-stage processing technology, water quality can reach the effect of The Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Sapogenin Industry (GB 20425-2006).4. After the aerobic pretreatment of sapogenin wastewater in the liquid, using iron carbon internal electrolysis as sapogenin wastewater treatment post-processing, the best conditions of wastewater treatment is Iron dosage 20/g·L-1, pH 5.5, reaction time is 60min, and the removal rate of COD and color are 58.75%and 85%. After the two-stage processing technology, water quality can reach the effect of The Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Sapogenin Industry (GB 20425-2006).
