Made from the three main oilfields who are Wenmi,Qiuling and Shanshan oilfields, Turpan-Hami crude oil now has extended to Turpan,Qiudong,Lukeqin and Santanghu oilfields, especially the raised production of Lukeqin heavy oil and the input of high density crude oil in Santanghu oilfield which greatly improved the Turpan-Hami oil density. At present, for pipeline transportation to achieve the requirements of freezing point and density, exchanging tank frequently is carried out, which is an immature method of addition blended crude transportation to reduce freezing point and density. In this method there are the problems of reducing quantity grade and lowering the price of crude oil at any moment. So reducing the freezing point and density of export oil, that is to say changing the crude oil character and optimizing addition blended crude transportation are the key problems to make Turpan-Hami crude oil smoothly move into the west piping and to insure the benefit of Turpan-Hami crude oil not to flow away. It has important practical significance for Turpan-Hami oilfield.In this paper, the train of thought is that the physical property is determined, including density, freezing point, initial boiling point, acid value, salt content, sulfur content, water content, mechanical admixture and viscosity-temperature curve; the distribution situation of paraffin molecule of different carbon chain in crude oil is analyzed in use of gas chromatography, which can make certain the functional group of each component in freeze-point depressant; heat flux during the paraffin deposit is determined in use of differential thermal analyzer, which can make certain the paraffin content, initial and lofty peak temperature of wax precipitation; the relevant high efficient freeze-point depressant is developed, according to composing, physical property, paraffin content, initial and lofty peak temperature of wax precipitation; the mechanism of freeze-point depressant is determined, in use of high power microscope to observe paraffin crystal shape before and after adding the depressant; the suited freeze-point depressant of different oil sample is optimized and chosen by means of determining freezing point, viscosity and yield value of crude oil after adding the depressant; the best concentration of adding the depressant is determined by testing freezing point; the shear stability of crude oil is estimated after adding the freeze-point depressant, at the same time the influence of flowing and passing pump to freezing point should be controlled during the crude oil gathering and transportation; the stability of freeze-point depressant is proved by field test; the computation program of mixed density in different block is carried out, by optimizing the project of addition blended crude transportation.
