Saertu oilfied carry out polymer flooding in SII 13+14 to SIII 10 in block in 2004. With the development of polymer flooding development, the comprehensive water cut of this block increases gradually, the recover goes up day by day, the distribution of oil and water is much complex, problems gradually appears, all these aspects affect the polymer flooding performance of west block of North second west block block, measures must be taken to control water cut and enhance oil production. At the same time, large production rate is needed, the work time is tight and also so many times workwove, if there is no comprehensive, easy and operational method system and rules to obey, the fine management and multi-parameters performace judgment become a really hard work. With the development of fuzzy logic comprehensive judgment method, this system is used in so many field of petroleum industy, it also become a effective way to classify wells so that we can adjust the performce of different wells.This paper based on fuzzy logic comprehensive judgment method, introduce this method from mechanics to math model selection. Based on this system, combined it with the real block, screen appraisement indexs from geologic, development, dynamic analysis and some other aspects, then establishe the math modal, and give the important weight, so present a clear and operational method for well classification in polymer reservoir. At last, take west block of North second west block block for instance, use the data of 132 injection wells and 181 oil wells of west block of North second west block to test the feasibility of this method, analyse oil wells and water wells respectively by this method. Then based on these results, design three different ways to stop polymer flooding, so to predict the final recovery of these methods. The results of simulation shows that, stop polymer injection by well classification of fuzzy logic comprehensive judgment method can get a higher final recovery than the former two ways, it can increase the final recovery by 0.18% and 0.44% respectively. At last, calculate ten important indexs of oil wells, so get the conclusions that the key point need to be adjusted is the third class wells.The results show that the average intensity and average intensity of oil of one class oil.Although the development of such oil is better, but the number is limited, only 6.63% of total number of wells; the oil as the main block to the second class, the number of wells account for 62.98% of total number of wells in the block, and the production capacity of oil is the main block, three oil blocks in the low capacity of the wells. The study identified the development of polymer flooding in the block where the main contradiction can be well targeted on the implementation of three class of well stimulation measures to further improve the effect of polymer flooding.The research will help to divide the type of water and oil well in polymer flooding block of west block of North second west block, make clear the principal contradiction of polymer flooding block and help the next step to take different measures to increase production and injection in order to reduce the contradictory work of layer. Meanwhile, the research results for further management and evaluation of single well sub-categories of important guiding significance. It can provide the technical reference for the development of Polymer flooding in Daqing oil field and provide practical experience and theoretical basis.to further improve the implementation of measures of provide recovery..
