This paper mainly talks about that the world oil industry always pays special attention to the effect of water injection at the high water-cut stage in the oilfield, which relates to the crude output and the economic benefits of the exploitation in the old oilfields. The thesis continues to probe into and study on the mechanism of the water injection and the means of improving the effect of water-injection development at the high water-cut stage. Through a series of research and analysis, people draw up an adjustment program on water flooding regime in the east of North Three District in Sabei development zone. People design and optimize the adjustment programs on water flooding regime, according to the geologic situations in the east of North Three District, the features of reservoir sedimentation, the brief situations of extraction, the main contradictions existing in the process of oilfield development and the potentiality in the adjustments of water flooding regime. Besides, with the contrast in the prediction program by numerical analogue, people determine to make adjustments on water flooding regime in the east of North Three District by adopting the horizontal line of flooding well pattern with 250×250m formed by converted edge wells. There has been dilled 21 water wells ,1 oil well be converted to water well,77 wells be patched holes,closed and blocked up 7 wells. Carry out a lot of adjustments of water flooding projects and optimise the increas of liquid measute.After the adjustment, the ratio of oil wells to water wells is 1.46, the control capacity of water flood increases 1.9%, including multidirectional interconnected proportion increasing 20%. The final extraction adds to 0.87% and the final extraction ratio of the whole district reaches up to 44.33% and the exploitable reserve increases 75.0×104t. The pressure systerm distributes more reasonable and the pressure is -1.19 Mpa of the whole district before distribution.After adjustment of water flooding regime,total pressure differentials is -0.96 Mpa, rises again 0.23 Mpa.The pressure between well patterns in every bed series transition to equalization,solute exploited contradiction in multilayered system and multilayered well pattern.
