In recent years, with the development of the depth, the use of supplementary water formation energy, fracturing operation, infill development have become the basic measures of such oil, present in high water cut oil has entered the development stage, more serious congestion oil fouling, acidizing getting worse the effectiveness of measures in urgent need of acidizing and technological breakthroughs.Xinmin field for entering the current high water cut, oil blockage is more serious, repeated measures effects of acidification and deterioration of the problem, from the scaling mechanism, acidification and analyzing the working fluid, the sensitivity of the rock, acidification working fluid system, the formula system, acidification process parameters design, and so well and layer selection study identified the main factors affect the acidification, acidification plugging for the implementation of the matching process provides a theoretical basis for selection; acidification process design combined with the analysis, development of a high-intensity suspense blocking agent, bubble growth can help schedule and other supporting technology, and to study the formation of deep acidification process technology.Application process in the mines for mine actually, and formed a deep treatment, temporary blocking acidification, and the prevention of foam formation can increase pollution and reduce corrosion of downhole equipment, such as the main residual acid treatment technology, application of 46 wells, increasing production increased by 10% or more, and create a better economic efficiency.
