ASP is one of the mature technology as tertiary oil recovery, its mechanism is flooding by using synergistic effect of polymer, surfactant and alkali.The displacement experiment of ASP and polymer flooding and different well network tests the position of oil-water saturation front and the change of oil-water saturation front by heterogeneity physical model. Results show that well pattern infilling could improve the swept volume in the low-permeability layer. And the surfactant of the ASP reduces the capillary pressure in the diverting stream line in the middle-permeability layer. But there is no evidence that it can improve the swept volume by the method of well pattern infilling in the middle-permeability layer.The more shortened well spacing is, the more decrease produced fluid index per one unit thickness is in the well pattern of four-injection and nine-production. The oil displacement efficiency of ASP flooding is better than the oil displacement efficiency of polymer flooding. The main performance happens near the injection well zones. But as the adsorption and retention of the chemical agent increasing, the difference of oil displacement efficiency between ASP flooding and polymer flooding is not obviously near the production well zones.To test concentration in chemical agent of ASP flooding produced fluid by Using chemiluminescent N-determining method. Results show that withdrawal well becomes effective first and then concentration of chemicals shows clear ascendant trend in the chemical flooding stage; the inflection point position of ASP flooding chemicals concentration curve moves ahead after infilling well pattern. There is a clear oil wall in the process of ASP flooding. Before the oil wall arrives at withdrawal well, the recovery ratio of ASP flooding is obviously higher than the recovery ratio of polymer flooding. After the chemicals concentration curves arrive at inflection points, there is no obvious difference between ASP flooding and polymer flooding.
