There are two projects in this thesis:firstly, the method of CaO flocculation sedimentation and resin adsorption was utilized to deal with wastewater effectively, which was generated in the synthesis of sulf-amonomethoxine drugs in the practical manufacture process. The inorganic and organic components of the wastewater with high COD (chemical oxygen demand) were sufficiently complex. The results demonstrated that COD of the original wastewater could be decreased to 321 mg/L from 11000 mg/L by this novel process.84.33% and 81.66% COD removal percentages could be achieved by CaO flocculation sedimentation and resin adsorption respectively, and the total COD removal efficiency was over 97%. After 5 times of adsorption-desorption cycles, the resins still keep high adsorptive capabilities. This simple and economical technique for pharmaceutical wastewater treatment shows good prospects for practical application.Secondly, the method of two oil phase suspension polymerization was used to synthesize hypercrosslinked resin with bead shape firstly. The reaction system was nitrobenzene as the dispersed phase, dimethylsilicone fluid as the continuous phase,4, 4'-dichloromethyl biphenyl (CMB) and 1,4-dichloromethyl benzene (XDC) still as the monomer, anhydrous ferric chloride (FeCl3) as the catalyst. Through the exploration of reaction conditions, optimal polymerization conditions were established. The ratio of the dispersed phase and continuous phase was 1:4, reaction temperature was adopted increasing step by step, stirring speed for 300 r/min, n-butyl benzoate as dispersant, molding firstly then crosslinking, the SSA(specific surface area) of this kind of resin with bead shape can still keep 1000 m2/g or above, and its mechanical performance is good.
