In recent years, with the development of economic and the improvement of the level of living, the problem of water pollution becomes progressively worse. It has become one of the important problems of worldwide attention. The problem of water pollution was caused by eutrophication of the water which was excessively discharged by nitriogen, phosphorous and other nutrients. Therefore, the removal of nitriogen and phosphorous in the wastewater becomes the key of wastewater treatment. At present A2/O process is one of the most widely used processes of simultaneous nitrogen and phosphous removal in municipal wastewater treatment. For the further research about the removal process of nitrogen and phosphous,on the basis of previous research, water samples were analyzed directly in the A2/O biological basins. The main conclusions are as follows:(1)In the A2/O process, the removal rates of carbon, nitrogen and phosphous were about 90%,80% and 95%.The balance percentages of the three in practical operatio which are 94.45%,97.35% 86.90%.(2)The ammonization,denitrification,short-cut denitrification and phosphorus release happen in anaerobic tank; The denitrification and phosphorus absorption happen in the first anoxic tank; The ammonization and denitrification happen in the second anoxic tank; The nitrification and absorption of phosphorus happen in aerobic tank.(3)Combing the kinetic model of each section with the material balance, Determinimg the parameters set and dynamic parameters of the kinetic model.Coparing and contrasting the simulation value with the measured values, and determine the accuracy of the models.
