Epoxy cyclohexene is an important intermediate for organic synthesis, it can be prepared a series of compounds for different purposes by functional group conversion reaction,, such as acaricides, surfactants, rubber chemicals, polymer conditioning agents. The preparation process of epoxy cyclohexene is by he H2O2 oxidation cyclohexene, the resulting product is a multi-component containing a mixture of epoxy cyclohexane therefore need to be separated after a certain purity to be used.In this paper, the raw material is H2O2 oxidation cyclohexene reaction solution,1,2-Epoxycyclohexane was separated and purified by atmospheric-vacuum distillation. A packing column was designed, the column diameter 40mm, column length 1.50m, packed column length 1.4m; head for the spiral tower, outside the double jacket condenser condensing tower tank by the 1000ml flask and the power of 2000 W, temperature adjustable sets of electric heating components. Choose a stainless steelθ(3×3mm) ring as fillers. The tower structure is simple, easy to operate,it can meet the requirements of experimental design.In this paper, the experimental operation parameters of atmospheric pressure removal of light components towerâ†'Productsâ†'vacuum products tower were optimized, here are better operating conditions of the three tower:1) The removal of light components tower that cyclohexene better recycling process conditions were:total reflux time=2h, reflux ratio R=6, heating rate= 1.5℃/min, used in the distillation time is about 12h. In better operating conditions, cyclohexene 99.54% purity, the yield was 90.56% one-way loss rate of <2%.2) The better conditions of atmospheric product tower were:total reflux time= 2h, constant reflux ratio operation, R=8, control tower tank temperature T<180℃. In better operating conditions, epoxy cyclohexene purity was 99.6%, one-way yield was 83%; better working conditions were obtained when variable reflux ratio operation,the sub-return ratio for the 4â†'8â†'12, and further improved the product yield.3) The better conditions of vacuum tower were:pressure of tower top P 3600Pa, total reflux time=150min, reflux ratio R=5. In better operating conditions, the purity of epoxy cyclohexane was 99.2%, one-way yield was more than 80%.We also used the Aspen plus software to simulate the distillation process, selected the DSTWU distillation column model, UNIQUA mathematical equation to make the simple distillation process simulation, the results of the simulationthe and actual operation are basicly matched.
