The extensive use of dyes often poses pollution problems in the form of colored waste water discharged into environmental water bodies,The conventional physical chemical methods for treating dye wastewater. These technologies do not show significant effectiveness or economic advantage,Therefore, there is a growing need in finding low cost, renewable, locally available materials as sorbent for the removal of dye colors,at resent the original biomass material as a sorbent for the treatment of dye wastewater has a lot to start, but due to the nature of the biomass materials, itsefe relatively low adsorption capacity regeneration performance is poor, can not be put into practical application. This experiment simple treat of agricultural waste to get a high adsorption performance, repeated use of renewable biological adsorbent in order to achieve full utilization of resources and environmental protection. In this paper, the feasibility of granular cron straw as sorbent for remove ionic dyes from aqueous solution was investigated. The aim of this study was to search for a locally available, low cost and untried botanic material with high dye removal capacity in order to enhance the treatment of dye waste water in experiment, alkali treatment of corn straw, take off lignin exposed cellulose, combined with iron oxide, get magnetic corn stalks, the surface of the straw introduce carboxyl and hydroxyl groups is modificat magnetic corn straw by PEG and glutamate. The study in the end get HMCS and CMCS.The dyes selected as sorbate were twocationic dyes:methylene blue(MB),Methyl violet(MV).Study the effcition various experimental parameters of dye adsorption, these factors include:adsorption time, dye concentration, dye pH,adsorption temperature, recycle rate, the optimum adsorption conditions, and the adsorption materials were characterized by Scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction, infrared spectroscopy and acid-base titration of the modified corn before and after the magnetic core were analyzed. The experimental results indicate that :The oadsorption of modified corn stalk oadsorpt dye is much larger than the adsorption of corn stalk oadsorpt dye,the amount is the amount of corn stalk adsorption dye more than double. The adsorption capacity increased with the increase of initial dye concentration, adsorbent HMCS,CMCS adsorpt methyl violet, adsorption equilibrium concentration is 450mg/g,Adsorbent HMCS,CMCS adsorpt methylene blue, adsorption equilibrium of methylene blue is 150mg/g.The best experimental concentration conditions of adsorbent HMCS,CMCS adsorpt methylene blue and methyl violet is this condition:When the pH is larger than 6,the temperature reach 60 ℃,adsorption time near 60 min,the Adsorption of HMCS,CMCS Adsorpt odyes have maximum. Adsorption capacity and reuse rate of HMCS,CMCS adsorpt methyl violet and methylene blue increase with the number of repetitions addtion,in the reuse of adsorbentof 4 times, the recycling rate are greater than 70%,it descript HMCS,CMCS this Sorbent recycling rate high, can be reused. The HMCS,CMCS adsorpt the two dyes is more suitable for Langmuir adsorption model, the adsorption of the dye compliance langmuir monolayer adsorption theory;the RL values are greater than zero less than l,indicat that tion of HMCS,CMCS adsorpt methylene blue And methyl violet is favorable.HMCS,CMCS adsorption of the dye is more suitable of the scentd adsorption model, chemical adsorption reaction occurre on the adsorbent surface.Through some methods of scanning electron microscopy,XRD analysis,acid-base surface titration, infrared spectroscopy to characterization modified and no modified cron traw, the result indicat that:the structure of adsorbent shurface significantly change; Fe3O4 bind to the surface of cron straw and its crystal structure has no change,it indicate that adsorption agent also has good magnetic properties; adsorbent surface functional groups of hydroxyl and carboxyl of the increase in the number; some absorption peak of infrared spectra occurre displacement, indicating that hydroxyl and carboxyl reactive groups modified to the corn straw surface, and participated in the methylene blue and a purple base adsorption.
