The acceleration of urbanization makes the rapid expansion of city size, increasingly busy of transportation, increasingly scales of industrial production. And the noise problem of urban environment is also becoming more serious. It is concerned by government and general urban residents. Therefore, scientifically analysis and evaluation of urban environmental noise level, will be conducive to the overall urban planning, urban traffic management and road construction work carried out. Based on relevant research projects, this paper integrate noise prediction,noise impact assessment and three-dimensional simulation platform software which is called VRGIS ,develope an urban noise analysis and evaluation system. And the following issues are discussed in detail:â'ˆDescribe the calculation method of noise prediction. The noise attenuation caused by various factors is analysed. Compare the commonly used noise prediction models and evaluation indicators at home and abroad. Then, compatible noise prediction model and evaluation indicator is selected combining features of urban environment of our country.â'‰From the system development environment, system architecture, system data flow, system user interface design and basic functions of the system to complete the overall design of the software.â'ŠNoise prediction model is integrated into the system to achieve calculation of forecast noise value and the results of expression; It achieves several spatial analysis functions such as visibility analysis, buffer analysis and overlay analysis.â'‹Calculate noise annoyance threshold using the actual results of social survey for acoustic environment functional area according AHP based on fuzzy mathematics. Achieve visualization of noise annoyance by using free-form deformation technique to drive the virtual human face model.5.Using the urban noise analysis and evaluation system evaluate sound environmental impact of transformation project in Qingdao Haitian Hotel. This paper developed a application of noise analysis and evaluation by several aspects of the above researches. It achieved integration of geographic information system technology(GIS), virtual reality technology(VR) and t noise prediction model. It solved the lack of visual and noise impact assessment of noise prediction system before, and also opened up new areas for GIS and VR combined application.
