As an important wide band gap n-type semiconductor material, Titanium dioxide (TiO2)has the characteristics of high stability, non-toxic, UV absorption, who's prospects are very broad and can be used in the fields of environment, materials, energy, biological and health. Recently, with nanotechnology developed rapid the researches of nano-TiO2 powder are increasing, but it make against recycling because it has not supporting body, so limiting its application. This paper has combined nano-TiO2 with titanium and in situ preparation nano-TiO2 thin films. First, hydrothermal prepared growth mechanism of nano-TiO2 thin films has been discussed, and the impact factors of the growth characteristics has been analyzed; Then, use Ti(SO4)2 as the raw material and anhydrous sodium carbonate(Na2GO3) as the additive, prepared anatase titanium dioxide (T1O2) thin films by using the method of hydrothermal synthesis on the substrate of titanium successfully. The law of concentrations and reaction parameters(reaction time, reaction temperature) effect on the growth characteristics of nano-TiO2 thin films, the crystallization and phase composition has been studied systematically by used the method of X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscopy(5EM), the dynamics mechanism has been analyzed; Finally, the characteristics of optical absorption and excitation of prepared TiO2 thin films has been studied use of UV-visible spectrophotometer (UV-Vis) and photoluminescence spectroscopy (PL), and the laws of effect has been theoretical explained through the micro-mechanism.
