Magnetic polymer microsphere is a kind of microsphere with magnetism and special structure, which is composed of polymer and inorganic magnetic materials. Not merely has it many performances of polymer microspheres, but also it is magnetic response. Magnetic polymer microsphere is a rather new functional material. In many areas, especially in biomedicine applications to obtain a degree, and shows a wide range of applications.In this paper, the ZnFe2O4 and MnFe2O4 magnetic nanoparticles are prepared by the sol-gel method. MnFe2O4 is been selected by comparing with ZnFe2O4 as the magnetic nanoparticles. Carboxymethyl chitosan that is been prepared by modified chitosan with water as the reaction solvent is the framework material. In the role of the crosslinker, the carboxymethyl chitosan prepared the magnetic MnFe2O4/carboxymethyl chitosan composite microspheres with MnFe2O4 coated. In this process, aspirin is been loaded. Properties of product was characterized by XRD,IR,TG-DSC,SEM,TEM,VSM,UV. The results show the magnetic composite microspheres are well-shaped, the average diameter is about 3-6μm, the saturation magnetization is 10.99 emu/g, the dose of releasing drug is 79.6% in 24 hours, the loading rate is 0.833g/g and the enveloping rate is 81.5%.The products with excellent performance may be a novel drug carrier.
