Water-based ink wastewater with complex composition, color and high organic matter content, biodegradable and so on, This paper takes a water-based ink manufacturer in Jiangxi wastewater as the research object, Hydrolysis by Coagulation + pool + BIOFOR filter combined process of the wastewater, Through small pilot test project to start and run, the results show that:The results show that the small scale:Best conditions for coagulation initial pH of 10, ferrous sulfate dosage of 2 g/L, PAM dosage of 1 mL/L, stirring time was 60 min. Under these conditions, color removal rate up to 93.12%, CODcr removal rate was 22.11%.Run the actual project, The optimum coagulation as the initial pH 9, Ferrous sulfate dosage is 1.5 g/L, PAM dosage of 1 mL/L. Under these conditions, CODcr removal rate remained at 32.1%~51.3%, Color removal rate of 90% or more.Hydrolysis reactor inoculated with anaerobic sludge digestion and domesticated. In the start-up phase, CODcr removal rate of between 33.7%-56.9%. Color removal rate at between 45.2%~65.3%change, Very unstable; Normal operation, CODcr removal rate remained at 13.8%~28.4%, Color removal rate remained at 34.2%~63.2%, Ink wastewater by hydrolytic acidification, BODs/CODcr its biodegradability index increased to 0.378 from 0.279, Hydrolysis tank and draw water-based ink wastewater degradation kinetics equation:V = dS/dt= 0.751 (QSi/V)/3.39+(QSi /V).BIOFOR filter is started with natural biofilm, During startup, CODcr removal rate of less than 10%, Or even negative; Normal operation, Water CODcr, color, SS can reach the "Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard"(GB8978-1996) in the level of emission standards.Ink wastewater through coagulation and sedimentation-hydrolytic acidification-BIOFOR combined process, its CODcr maintained at 75% removal efficiency, Effluent COD concentration was maintained at 100 mg/L the following; More than 90% color removal, Water color stable at between 20 to 40 times; SS removal rate up to 85% or more, and the effluent SS concentration remained at between 28~56 mg/L; Which Can reach the "Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard"(GB8978-1996) level of emission standards.
