Based on characteristics of the deep large cross-section roadway U-steel frame supporting in No3 level the car rise of Luling Coal Mine, The progress is foudation of engineering practice and in-situ measurement, comprehensive research methods combining theoretical analysis and three-dimensional numerical simulation are carried out to investigate of the deep large cross-section roadway U-steel frame support mechnism and U-steel frame supporting with stability of surrounding rock of relationship and calculation method of U-steel frame internal force and moving of U-steel.Frist, Analysis the mechnism of supporting of U-steel frame,research the princple of U-steel frame work,summary U-steel frame of load distribution characteristic and damage reasons.draw the reason of U-steel frame instability is fitting of low instensity or the structure of unreasonable with frame-rock interaction between the poor;the second,analysis the releationship of deep large cross-roadway U-steel frame supporting with the stability of surrounding rock,frame-rock is a common bearing system;then use knowledge of material mechnics and elasticity mechnics,calculate U-steel internal force,analysis U-steel moving and eccentric load on the infulence of carrying capacity,the top gap size of frame on the infulence of carrying capacity.At last,simulation of U29-steel frame of No3 level of deep large cross-section roadway in the Luling Coal Mine with three-dimensional numerical software of Ansys finite element,meanwhile,in order to play the role of contrast,simulation of U29-steel annular frame.The result of simulation were analyzed in detail,the thoretical analysis and numerical simulation results are consistent.based on the geological condition of the field,summary destruction features with No3 level of the deep large cross- section roadway of Luling Coal Mine,analyz damage reason of U29-steel frame,verify the rationality of thoretical analysis and numerical simulation results.The result of the study are resolve deep large cross-section roadway provides theoretical reference for support.Under simlar conditions of U-steel frame support has certain practical meaning and referance.
