The stability of emulsion explosives is closely related to their structure, composition, formulation, preparation process. The change of these factors would also have influence on the emulsion explosive. The purpose of this article is mainly to study the impacts of different types of sensitizer to the stability of emulsion explosives. Sensitizer species agents on the stability of emulsion explosive, the impact of research on the production has certain significance.The purpose of this report is to design and construct two types of circumstances: dynamic load (dynamic pressure) and static load (static pressure) by using different types of sensitized emulsion explosive and compare the stability of emulsion explosives in the dynamic pressure and static pressure. Physical sensitization and chemical sensitization are adopted in the study. The sensitizer of physical sensitization is glass micro spheres and expanded perlite; Sodium nitrite solution with less accelerants are applied in chemical sensitization which the corresponding sample are2#.3# and 4#. Besides, the sample 1# is not sensitized emulsion matrix. The characterization methods in the dynamic pressure include ammonium nitrate dissolved in precipitation volume, loss rate, conductivity, unusual and emulsion explosives detonation microscopic observation. In the static pressure, the main study is to test the reflection of emulsion to different static pressure, emulsion explosives explosive performance measure of decreasing extent of its stability. Through the experimental data and theoretical analysis, the following is the conclusion.Precipitation volume and dissolved ammonium nitrate loss rate is increasing with decrease of the pressure distance. Through the comparison, we can see that the precipitation volume and dissolved ammonium nitrate loss rate of sample 3# are the largest and it has the worst compressive properties, sample 2# has the best compressive capacity and stability. The quality of stability is affected by the shape and intensity of the compressive capacity and the other factors. The order of compressive capacity in this experiment is:3#<4#<2#< 1#. Meanwhile we can come to a conclusion that the compressive capacity of the emulsion explosives is also affected by characteristics of substrate emulsion. Conductivity can reflect that the size of the electrolyte solution concentration and the greater conductivity is the electrolyte concentration higher and the greater the degree of emulsion-breaking. Therefore the size of conductivity can be better reflected the stability of the emulsion explosive. By the test of conductivity of the immersion of the emulsion explosive compression, we can obtain the conclusion that the 1# and 2# have the better stability than the sample 3# and 4#.Emulsion explosives desensitization degree between 0 and 1. The 0 means that emulsion explosion is fullly detonation and the 1 means that emulsion explosion has been pressed extremely. Through calculation, we can find that three different compressive capacity of different sensitized is:2#> 4#> 3#.Through the emulsion explosive under pressure before and after the significant micro-size test charts and reports, we can see that the stability of emulsion explosive is affected by the emulsion dispersed phase particle size and distribution and internal phase droplet diameter. Through the comparison we can see that sample 2# demulsification and the extent of flocculation occurs is less than 3# and 4#.The intension of the emulsion explosion could be changed under the different static pressure. With the increasing of the static pressure, the value of the samples trend to decrease in brisance. Through the samples compared Brisance ofη, we can see that the explosion property of the sample 2# decrease the least, the impaction by the hydro static effect is the least and the stability is the best. The sample 3# is the second and the sample 4# is the worst. Furthermore the largest anti-static pressure of the sample 4 # is not more than 0.6Mpa.Figure [29] table [19] reference [54]...
