Urban soils are one of the essential constituent parts of city environment system which have an important effect on the urban sustainable development. Urban soil quality related to urban life health and safety, and for the urban environmental quality has an important influence. Great quantities of urban soil which were contaminated by the city living and industry in the past were a great threat for human health and city environment, and had adverse effects to the reuse of land. Presently, people take more cares of the problem of urban soil pollution.This paper takes a certain site as an example, introduces the methods of organic polluted soil monitoring and assessment, identifies the select principle of environmental quality standards for soils, and compares the means of soil remediation to build the organic polluted soil assessment and remediation technical system. On the base of soil sampling analysis, monitoring and analyzing the content of TPH, acetone, butanone, ethyl acetate, isopropyl alcohol, isobutyl alcohol, n-butyl alcohol, benzene, methylbenzene, ethyl-benzene, dimethyl-benzene in soil. The result indicated that the benzene in A02, A03, A04 is over quantity, the contaminated depth is 0.6-0.9m, 2.1-2.4m,3.2-3.5m,4.5-4.8m in A02,0.2-1.2m in A03, and 1.2-1.5m,2.1-2.4m, 3.2-3.5m in A04. The content of benzene in 2.1-2.4m,3.2-3.5m in A02 is over interference values, so it needs to do the soil remediation.Soil is easily influenced by shallow groundwater, and the shallow groundwater may overflow when repairing the soil, so it needs to assess the pollution condition of groundwater. Results revealed that TPH in A02, TPH, benzene, ethyl-benzene, dimethyl-benzene in A03, TPH, n-butyl alcohol in A05 are over the interference values, and associating the use and flow direction of groundwater, it no need to do the groundwater remediation.Considering the future uses of land is developing as residential area, it will relate to planting vegetation, so while assessing the soil environment quality, we should do the evaluation on fertility of soils where involved green planting. Soil agro-chemistry standard consult the second nationwide soil census standard, the result indicated that fertility in B01, B02, B08, B09 is the third grade, the soil basically meet the requirement of planting.This paper adopt a technique of soil displacement to repair the soil, it must avoid second pollution in the process of soil remediation. All the pollutant discharge must meets the requirements for environmental protection. Forbid to put the contaminated soil into drink water resource, farmland protection areas, aquiculture areas and the residential areas. The contaminated soil can be used as afforestation soil.
