It would not only lead to corrosion on equipments and pipelines during producing, handling and transportation, but also pollute environment and harm user's health when there are acids in natural gas. Besides, it will reduce the calorific value if there are too much CO2 in natural gas. Therefore, when the acid contents exceed products quality index or pipeline requirements, appropriate methods must be used to remove them into allowable value range. Natural gas desulfurating methods can be divided into chemical solvent, physical solvent, chemical-physical solvent, direct conversion and so on. At present, the dominant method is amine solvent absorbing technology, while the one of the most widely used amine methods is MDEA technology.This paper supplely introduced the high-sulphur natural gas condition of Puguang field in northeast of Sichuan, and prospected the future of natural gas desulphurization and decarbonization technologies, also simple introduced the main desulphurization and decarbonization technologies and abroad desulphurization and decarbonization technologies of high-sulphur natural gas. By comparing patent technology, eventually confirmed appropriate natural gas desulphurization and decarbonization technology of Puguang field in northeast of Sichuan and performed purification performance checking on desulfuration solvents. Desulphurization and decarbonization technologies of Puguang purification plant are been simulated using HYSYS software according to the raw gas temperament condition and basic operating condition of Puguang purification plant in northeast of Sichuan. The most suited parameter values of simulated flow path are obtained by analyzing the influence of absorption tower body key parameters on desulphurization and decarbonization effects and the significant parameters that influencing desulphurization and decarbonization technology. |
