Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) is equipped with a sensor implanted inside or outside the testing equipment to get the system running status information, information on the status of real-time or near real-time evaluation, and ultimately make Equipment maintenance requirements. CBM is domestic hot topic in research in the field maintenance at the beginning of this century. CBM is one of the important development directions of equipment maintenance.By high-speed crimping equipment failure analysis of the data that high-speed crimping equipment failures 80% of the fault caused by the blade, and that crimping blade life prediction is the key to maintenance of equipment. This article find out the health status of the key factors of the blade, and successfully established using multiple regression analysis the regression equation. The full life cycle of state inspection workload too much, so this paper make preliminary estimates the life of the blade by the Markov model, and inspecting the state of the blade in the predicted range, combined with the established regression equation to make an accurate prediction on the Life of the blade.Using the blade of health after using combined forecasting model of Markov chain and multiple regression model to predict the life of the blade, and was applied to the daily management of the equipment, obtained satisfied results.
