As coal mining is gradually entering deep mining stage, building damage insubsidence area is more and more concerned, which has become one of the technicalproblems needed to address urgently, with the expanding of mining intensity and miningarea. Building damage assessment and compensation in deep mining subsidence area isa strong comprehensiveness, heavy workload, high difficult technical work, and sometheories of shallow mining no longer meet deep mining, so the related research aboutdeep mining need to be carried. Ground movement under deep mining has been studiedfrom the root caused building damage in subsidence area, which can provide a reliablebasis for building damage assessment under subsidence area, and finally to form abuilding damage compensation model under subsidence area from data collection todetermine, to damage compensation, which provide a scientific basis for compensationof the buildings under subsidence area. The main contents of this article have:(1) Study the law of surface subsidence of typical deep mining. Defining the deepmining, of which the mining depth is about 700m~1200m in this paper. To grasp therule of building damage under subsidence area, surface subsidence leaded to buildingdamage needs to be studied, the rule of surface subsidence under deep mining patternmust be conducted, which can provide a theoretical basis for assessment of buildingdamage. A typical mining is based on the type of longwall mining model.(2) With the insufficient situation of ground movement rules under typical deepmining pattern, some simulations have been done using FLAC3D finite differencesoftware, studing the relevant parameters indicators of probability integration, analyzingthe ground movement caused by the typical deep mining, calculating the surfacedeformation index accurately.(3) Discuss the building damage and assessment under typical deep mining pattern.Based on an accurate grasp of the ground movement rule under subsidence area,combined with surface deformation indicators, characteristics of building damage undertypical deep mining pattern have been conducted, for which some protection measuresare proposed. To accurately describe the extent of buildings damage under subsidencearea, buildings damage assessment under subsidence area must be studied, which canprovide a scientific basis for the classification of compensation.(4) Establish a scientific, systematic buildings damage compensation model undersubsidence area. Taking all relevant factors into consideration to establish the compensation standard of buildings damage under subsidence area. Accuratecalculating surface deformation indicators use the probability integration method, todetermine whether to compensate the damaged buildings, and make a distinctionbetween cracks compensation and relocation compensation. To form a completecompensation system from data collection to determine, to damage compensation.(5) Verify the feasibility, usability and scientificalness of the model by Projectexample. By the mining data analysis from ten mining area of abalone store, calculatingsurface deformation indicators use the amended probability integration method,according this account to estimate that the building damages, adjust the compensationstandard, and carry out compensation for damage scientifically.
