With the rapid economic development, Wood composite flooring not only managing raw material but also keeping wood instinctive quality, make it more and more get the favors of people. Facing rare wood squeezing, reasonable use of fast-growing wood was particularly urgent. In China Pinus Massoniana was one fast-growing specie, wide distribution, with developmental potential.if used for Wood Parquet Flooring; it was of great significance for fast-growing wood's value-added utilization. The main contents and conclusions of this paper were as follows;(1)Exploring degreasing technology of Pinus Massoniana by the orthogonal experiment design indicated that alkaline chemical agents in Pinus Massoniana veneer degreased processing can greatly reduce the resin content, but has no obvious influence on tensile strength; The most significant factors of Pinus Massoniana degreasing was processing temperature, followed by the processing time, reagent concentration, influence the weakest is bath ratio; The best degreasing process condition was:reagent concentration 0.5%, temperature 80℃, the processing time 4h, bath ratio 4.(2)The degreasing treatment on Pinus Massoniana veneer and plywood performance impact study showed that the dry and wet bond strength of non degreasing plywood were bigger than that of skim plywood. After degreasing, gas dry density coefficient variation of Pinus Massoniana veneer decreased, but air dry density value almost had no change; Thickness swelling rate and water absorption rate were bigger; MOE decimated, MOR changed rarely. In view of the above phenomenon, using modern analytical method, the surface characteristics of Pinus Massoniana veneer with and without handling were studied. Free radicals of Pinus Massoniana veneer changed very little; Resin in resin canal declined, veneer surface finish decreased; Veneer surface wettability improved slightly and free energy increased a little. The research shows that degreasing treatment of Pinus Massoniana veneer have little impact on the bond interface, instead the bond strength declined.(3)Using the single factor analysis in the research of Pinus Massoniana for substrate manufacturing wood composite flooring technology, selecting the best glue spread, then under the optimal glue spread condition exploring the optimum hot-pressing process, showed that with the increase of amount of glue, bonding strength present firstly increased and then decreased,250g/m2 was the best choice of glue spread. According to the comprehensive balance, final optimum scheme for hot pressing pressure was 1.5 MPa, temperature 140℃, hot-pressing time 1.2 min/mm, board performance to reach the index was the best.(4)Under the above process conditions, the system of Pinus Massoniana substrate manufacturing wood composite flooring met the national standard (GB/T18013-2000).Non degreasing of Pinus Massoniana veneer manufacture wood composite flooring was feasible.
