Production of SO2 which come from boiler of Industry is following Power Station, As the Environmental protection requirements of the Station improving, desulphurization facility must be used in the small boiler of industry. The WFGD is mature technology and proven equipment, the spray tower is the most popular equipment. Considered the low temperature and coal with low sculpture in northeast China, the method which use the high temperature from boiler tail flue gas to heat the flue gas after desulphurization is Safe and effective method and fits the small boiler of industry. However using the method must loss efficiency, the proven equipment must be used to meet the desulphurization efficiency. Because the spray tower of industry turns smaller, the study of it must do. The paper does optimization of flow field and Gas-liquid mass transfer about the spray tower of industry, the aim is to offer reasons for the actions.Based on the Fluent software, Firstly, the study dates which orients from the study spray tower of the literature verify the model, the results shows: the model can be used to simulate the spray tower in fact. Secondly, it is the aim that is study on change laws of the parameters in the centre of spray tower. Finally, the Optimization of the spray tower is simulated for the boiler of industry.Firstly, this paper uses the model which is tested to simulate the factual spray tower, the results shows: the fundamental assumption, the Realizable k-εmodel, SIMPLE and Discretization way are reasonable and be used to simulated the factual spray tower.Secondly, this paper analyses the change law of the parameters in the centre of spray tower, the results show: the pressure drop, temperature and concentration of SO2 is reduced after the first increase following the increase of height according the spray tower.Finally, this paper optimizes construction and inside units of the spray tower. By pressure-drop, Temperature, velocity, Desulphurization Efficiency and so all, 60°of inlet angle, 0.8 on entrance proportion of inlet, inlet and outlet in the same side, 30°among spray layers. 60°of declination angle, 200mm length, installed 2 layer of the ring that is proved to suit.
