Recently bioreactor is key equipment in Biolaogical Pharmacy, which decides the quality and output of medicine protein that cells yield. The oxygen supply with bubbles is the main method in bioreactor, but it is the one of most main reasons that cause the cells damage. So the research of oxygen supply method with bubbles is very important in bioreactor.This paper simulated and analyzed the three stage of oxygen supply. The three stage include bubbles create, bubbles rise, bubbles rupture. First, the relationship between bubble size and hole diameter, surface force, gas velocity is build and checked the simulation result with high-speed photography. Then it analyses the relationship between the shear force and bubble size, surface force during the process of bubble burst and establishes the minimum bubble size is 4mm during the oxygen supply. This paper simulates and analyses the bubble stain time in agitated flow field for the first time using the high performance computer. It gets the maximum bubble size should be 8mm in the 5L volume bioreactor oxygen supply.Last, this paper design a remote control scheme based on Profibus-DP technology to solve the problem of actual oxygen supply control. The remote control scheme can solve the actual cell culture problem and improve the oxygen supply with bubbles control in to some extent.
