Workspace is an important performance indicators to parallel machine,and the based primarily on design, use and control of machines, So analysis Institutional and calculation of the workspace for a new 3-HUU parallel machine in this paper,With the fast development of technology, market, structure of production, set a higher CNC system requirements of parallel machine tools. The traditional CNC system always design for serial machine tools, cannot adapt the request of parallel machine tool. In this paper, Development of the CNC system of the new 3-HUU parallel machine tool; Analyze the structure and calculate the work space of the Parallel machine tool, establishment the virtual prototype of parallel machine tool and motion simulation; Design the overall structure and feedback system of CNC; Proposed S-curve acceleration based on DSP Timer and the Methods of software control; For the characteristics of the servo motor and the servo of the system unit, Proposed the PID control model of speed loop and position loop.In the paper analyzes the 3-HUU parallel machine tool and Conclusion the machine's flexible working space; Create the virtual prototyping of 3-HUU parallel machine tools and motion simulation in software environments of the ADAMS; Determine the overall structure and achieve the key technologies of feedback system of CNC system; Proposed software design and data flow of parallel CNC system; Construction the software platform of host computer of CNC system, designed program structure of PC control software, Study and achieve to interface functions of speed tracking and setting interface functions of PID parameter; While building the program structure of the slave control system and designed the hardware of slave computer.Study the principle of S curve acceleration and deceleration and summary the algorithm of it, and proposed the principle of S-curve acceleration and deceleration and the software control based on DSP Timer according to the characteristics of DSP chip operation; Design different algorithms of acceleration and deceleration software programs according to the characteristics of each S-curve acceleration to achieve S-curve acceleration and deceleration control of the motor based on DSP control to appropriate the characteristics of the system.Study algorithm theory of PID control of servo system and according to the existing characteristics of the servo control system to design block diagram of CNC parallel system; According to features of servo motor and servo unit of the system to put forward the PID control model of speed loop and position loop; Describe control principle of speed loop and position loop of CNC system parallel, establish the control algorithm appropriate, combined with DSP characteristics, building model using the way of software to implement PID control of Servo motor based on DSP.
