Magnetic microspheres have many properties. For example, surface effect, biocompatibility, bioactivity, magnetic properties, so they can be applied in various aspects. Such as, target drug, immobilized enzyme, cell separation, sewage treatment, food safety analysis, etc. At present, the study about the magnetic microspheres has become a field of hot spots and focal points at home and abroad. Moreover,magnetic microspheres have been prepared by many method and been used in clinical medicine and environment examination.We have prepared a kind of zonal structure magnetic microspheres. Then we carried out them with an optical microscopy, fluorescence microscope, SEM, VSM, etc. The result state magnetic microspheres have many properties of dispersion, controllable particle size, superparamagnetism, bioactivity, the degree of thermal stability, etc. The step of we prepared the magnetic microspheres is three stage. First, we prepared PST particles by dispersion polymerization and cladding a bed SiO2 using sol-gel method. Then,we prepared Fe3O4 by pyrolytic process and modified it. Last, we prepared magnetic microspheres by dispersion polymerization.
