Laser scribing technics is one of the main methods used to reduce core loss of rain-oriented silicon steels. In order to use this technics for real production, the laser scribing technics is investigated in this dissertation under the financial support of Wuhan Research Project of Science and Technology. The main work and research are as follows:imed at realization of grain-oriented silicon steel online scribing, this dissertation analyzed the situation of the production line and the defects of existing scribing solutions, generalized the technical difficulties for using this technics in real production, and finally proposed a high-speed laser scanning program based on vibration mirror array.Experiments were done to 30Q130 grain-oriented silicon steels provided by Wuhan Iron and Steel Company, using a Nd:Yag laser marking machine. The data were analyzed through quadratic curve fitting and contour map, to find the relationship between laser scribing parameters and process effects. Results showed that the optimized parameters for the scribing process are in our research zones and the there are interactions among the parameters.As to the problem of parameters match, this article proposed a parameter optimization model base on a genetic neural network, and the match optimization was done to 30Q130 grain-oriented silicon steel. Results showed that the optimization model is stable and reliable and can effectively solve the process parameters optimization problem in grain-oriented silicon steels online scribing.
