At the time being, people are faced with the conditions that decentralized rural domestic sewage could not be disposed together. Besides, with the worse landscape water quality people need a new system which attains two goals including disposing the rural sewage flexibly and optimizing the landscape water quality and the environment. The research focuses on the Green Biological System composed of aquatic plants, A/O system and the materials with absorption function.The core part of the system is the aquatic plants so the researchers ran it for rural sewage in one city in Guangdong Province and the landscape water in the city of Shanghai. The experiment studied the removal rules of COD,NH4+-N,TN and TP in different HRT and the inspection on the growth and tiller. Moreover, the TP removal increasing after adding the absorption materials was included. The common indexes were detected by the national methods. The improvement of the river in Shanghai was tested by stationing and the study on the removal rate of Chlorophyll and phycocyanin. The results are as follows:1. The Green Biological System could make a proactive disposing to the rural domestic sewage. Under the HRT 80~120 hours the concentration of COD met national standard grade 2. And under the HRT 120~200 hours, NH4+-N and TN met the same standard. Accordingly, the concentration of effluent TP could meet it, too.2. When disposing the rural domestic water, the removal rate of TP increased from 15.76% to between 41.33% and 52.52% after adding the absorption materials.3. When disposing the landscape water, COD,NH4+-N and TP could be remained and optimized than before under the HRT 20 and 10.91 hours and more than 50% of Chlorophyll and phycocyanin have been removed, which slow down the risk of the eutrophication.The Green Biological System made a good sense of disposing system for the rural domestic sewage and optimizing the landscape water quality.
