For many paper image processing equipment, feed mechanism dominate the quality andspeed of its results, so in order to achieve the fast and high-resolution, we must analyze thedynamics of the feeding mechanism. This research derives paper's equations of motion by the analysis of friction force betweenthe paper and roller of feeding mechanism. The paper introduces two methods to establish thefriction force model, and during the analysis these models will be applied to the four stages ofroller conveyor paper process to discuss some of the important parameter in the different stagesof feed parameters on the paper stability. The structure of the paper path is divided into fourstages: the separation stage, counterpoint stage, sending stage and the feeding stage. Duringthe separation stage FRR separation principle and the corresponding kinetic analysis andnumerical simulation is emphasisly analyzed; Feed stage by using kallker creep rate and thelinear theory,we build a mathematical model of the contact force between the paper and theroller in the feeding mechanism of office equipment;Paper feeding phase we have themathematical modeling analysis of the feeding stage by using of compensation of Coulombfriction model, deduce the paper kinetic equation. Through the use of the numerical analyticmethod in the Runge-Kutta method for numerical solving.Paper's dynamic state in the fourstages is analysed through the numerical simulation method.Using soft body dynamics simulation software Recurdyn to verify the deflectioncharacteristics of paper. Establish rigid and flexible mixed dynamic model of the officeequipment feeding mechanism, simulate and calculate the model under different operatingconditions to obtain the system dynamic parameters and various dynamics parametric curves. For one hand, analyse the feeding performance under the different positive pressure anddifferent feeding speed, on the other hand compare the dynamic simulation conclusion with thevalue simulation results to verify the correctness of the numerical simulation results.
