As the Dry Hydration Technology system has the advantages of less-water consumption and by-products processing simply,importance and attention has always been attached to it. But the problem that absorber utilization is not high and process water share is high is still exist. Previous research show that water morphology and it's participation way is the key in flue gas desulfurization process. So further research for the effect of water morphplogy on desulfurization characteristics is very improtant to improve the absorbent utilization, desulfurization efficiency and develope water-saving desulfurization tecnology.In this paper, the built-in electrode type fix-bed reactor is set up. Through establishment the relation between water morphology and conductive properties of absorbent, we get the characterization method of water morphology. When the moisture content is less than or equal 5%, the water has the priority to the presence of absorbed water forms. When the moisture content is more than 5% and less than 25%,water existes in the form of absorbent water and capillary water, Gravitational water appears in the absorbent,only when the moisture content is more than or equal 25%. The effect of evaporation strength, amount of evaporation, humidification condensation and cooling condensation on water morphology and desulfurization characteristics have been studied. The experiment to desulfurization characterization of moisture absorbent shows that there are intersections between the curve of absorbent resistance properties and desulfurization characterization under 50℃and 70℃conditions, we think that there can be a best liquid membrane thickness in desulfurization process. The experiment to the effect of water condensation on desulfurization shows that water vapour starts to condensate and form liquid water when humidity is 40% and desulfurization efficiency was greatly improved by liquid water. When humidity is from 60% to 80%, the increase of desulfurization efficiency which caused by the increase of humidity become smaller.We studied the mechanism of product layer diffusion using absorbent tablet. The effect of humidity and temperature on product layer diffusion were investigated. We think that the product layer diffusion is out-diffusion model in desulfurization process. It is Ca2+ diffused to the outer surface of the product layer through grain boundaries or iron diffusion and reacted with absorbed SO2...
