With the increasing development of modern technology and the increasing progress of the screw pump's processing and manufacturing process,screw pump oil production system has been widely used in Daqing oilfield.But due to a lack of effective monitoring system,workers have to maintain the screw pump well periodically.It's difficult to find faults and carry on the processing timely,so that the screw pump well can't get good maintenance and with a high failure rate and maintenance cost,which affected oil production seriously.So in view of this situation,this article designed a kind of screw pump well condition monitoring system based on wireless sensor network for transmission and BP neural network technology for fault diagnosis.First of all, according to the actual situation of the system the design principle has been determined.And based on this principle the overall scheme of the system has been designed,including analysing of the screw pump well condition monitoring method, determining of the system overall structure,choosing of the communication mode and determining of the monitoring terminal power-supply mode.Secondly, the monitoring terminal hardware structure has been designed and the hardware devices such as sensors have been chosen.The communication network within well area based on Zigbee and the communication network between well area and the monitoring center based on GPRS have been designed, which realized the data collection and transmission of the monitoring terminal.Furthermore, by studying the fault diagnosis technique,the method using BP neural network has been brought to confirm the condition diagnosis of this system.The diagnostic procedure and MATLAB process have also been determined.Then real-time communication between the configuration software and MATLAB has been realized by using OPC technology,so that the monitoring and diagnosis function can be combined.Finally, the monitoring center application software has been developed, which possesses the function of real-time display of parameter, fault diagnosis, data records and enquiry and provides a friendly operation interface to users.After a period of testing operation, it is proved that the communication of this system is steady, the operation is simple and the monitoring requirement can be satisfied.Besides,this system adopted the new type of wireless sensor network for communication,which provides a new idea to other remote monitoring program and has wide application future and spreading value.
