| The formaldehyde emission microwave assisted extraction method is researched bysingle factor trial and orthogonal trials, and the correlation of formaldehyde emission testedvalues between microwave assisted extraction method and perforator method is studied. Theoptimized extraction parameters were microwave temperature75℃, time20min, gas-flowrate1L/min. The results showed that there was close correlation between two tested valuesobtained by Microwave assisted extraction method and perforator method. The relationship isy=6.88x+1.20, where the y is the value of perforator method, the x is the value of Microwaveassisted extraction method. |
