Automotive relay is a commonly used electronic components. The usage inelectronic components is second only to automotive electronic sensors in second.With China's automobile industry continue to grow and develop, automotive relaysales in recent years has also increased steadily.In the production process of relay, contacts riveting process is a very importantprocess. Riveting quality directly affect the product quality. The original relay contactmanual riveting work production efficiency low, and labor intensity, also the rivetingquality is not stable. In order to adapt to market demand, expand the scale ofproduction, must use a new automatic riveting production line, to replace the manualriveting production line.In the relay production line and other electronics industry automation equipment,the loading and unloading process of parts is a very important step in production. Thispaper compares the current loading and unloading manipulator for several commondrive mode, considering the difficulty of design and manufacture, equipment cost,equipment running time and other factors, according to the loading and unloadingprocess of action characteristics, and consider the future similar device generality,designed the automatic loading and unloading manipulator based on the cam.In the design process, using Solidworks as the design software, build the parametricmodel and virtual prototype of the loading and unloading manipulator, and throughthe Solidworks Simulation and the Motion plug-in, do the finite element analysis ofsome important parts, and the dynamics simulation of the loading and unloadingmanipulator.According to the existing manual riveting production line flow, planning thewhole automatic riveting production line production processes, according to othercharacteristics of each production process, design different implementationmechanism, finished design work of the automatic riveting production lines.
