Since 1990s, the rubber materials with saturated molecular chain structure were applied to seal materials gradually because of their great chain flexibility and ageing resistance. When they were stored, the physical aging was the main respect but not the chemistry aging. It's important to predict the storage life of the products. In this paper, the free volume, mean-square radius of gyration and stress relaxation of saturated rubber materials were studied both by experimental methods and molecular dynamics simulation to research micro-properties of saturated rubber materials in different temperature and pressure conditions, which can be used to analyse the macro-properties s. The results indicated that the free volume decreased with the growth of probe radius. The space distribution in detail could be got by using different probe radius. And the size distribution showed a normal distribution. The mean-square radius of gyration decreased with the growth of pressure and increased with the growth of temperature. Stress decreased with the growth of time under different pressures and it would remain unchanged when reduced to a certain degree. The changes of stress relaxation could be described by mean-square radius of gyration. The regulations of stress relaxation founded by molecular simulation and experiment were basically the same. Also, the AO-80/Nitrile rubber composites were also be prepared and characterized. According to DMTA experiments, the peak of tanδmoved towards higher temperature direction and the peak height of tanδwas enhanced while the quantity of AO80 increased. The P-V-T data was achieved by PVT dilatometer under different pressures. The parameters of Tait equations were calculated. The results showed that the P-V-T relationship simulated by Tait equation which was agreed well with the qualitative observation. It showed that the Tait equation can be used to describe the P-V-T relationship of this system.
