A gas well producing process which in high temperature and high pressure with sulfurous gas, along with temperature and pressure from wellbore fluid decreasing that follows will separate the simple substance sulfur out. Productive system different, gas discharge rate difference, will decide that the simple substance sulfur will deposit in the inner wall of pipeline or will be carried over the well head. Besides the sulfur deposit in the inner wall of pipeline that will create the serious corrosion to the downhole strings, or blocks gas pass, finally which will cause the production suspension. Therefore this paper takes gas wells in high temperature high pressure with sulfurous gas as the object of study, starts from the discussion acidic gas natural parameter computational method, based on the quality, the momentum, the principle of conservation of energy, the introduction "wellbore path natural parameter law", establishes the description gas well flowing air column pressure, the temperature coupling model; studies characteristic of changes with depth such as considering the overall evaluation drift angle, well profile, tubing string structure, the gas well bore radical direction heat transfer, the different link spatial heat transfer medium and stratum hot physical property along the well depth change; studies in the well bore the sulfur simple substance separation and the deposition rule. In addition, this article is unified the way by the data and the graph to describe the gas well with sulfur in high temperature and high pressure mobile rules vividly. This article has mainly completed the following several contents:(1) The collection reorganization acidic gas natural parameter computational method and the non-hydrocarbon adjustment method, optimal are suitable under the high temperature high pressure the high sour gas deviation factor computational method, and recommends the Hall-Varbongh deviation factor empirical formula to use in the acidic gas deviation factor the sequenced computation;(2) Based on the quality, the momentum, the principle of conservation of energy, established had been mad that Gas-water, Gas-Water-Oil heterogeneity wellbore flowing rule forecast model, the union wellbore path natural parameter law, described the different well bore structure, the different wellbore path's temperature field and the pressure field, described the natural gas well's fluid flow rule with 18 kind of parameters.(3) Through will be mad that the fluid two thermodynamical equilibrium model and the sulfur dissolved thermodynamics model unifies, the analytical study sulfur separation rule, in was mad the fluid well bore flowing rule research in the foundation, the establishment is mad the liquid solid three phase current well bore flowing rule forecast model, after the computation sulfur separation, to well bore temperature pressure influence, analysis sulfur separation to parameter and so on gravity pressure drop, frictional resistance pressure drop, gas discharge rate influences.(4) The simple substance sulfur separates out after the gas, by solid sulfur pellet existence in gas, to sulfur pellet after well bore fluid stress situation analysis obtains the simple substance sulfur deposition rule, derived has been possible to carry the sulfur pellet the critical gas discharge rate formula, and forecast sulfur deposition well depth, deposition quantity computational method.(5) The synthetic study well bore flowing rule, to produces each parameter to make the sensitive analysis, discusses under the different productive system's fluid natural parameter along with the well bore depth change rule, the selective analysis has produced under differently the spirit and the different H2S density the well bore temperature pressure change, the sulfur solubility, the sulfur separates out the position, the sulfur deposition quantity, the sulfur deposition depth change, the sulfur separation influence to well bore flow regulation.(6) With the Delphi 7 development kit, takes Access 2003 as the backstage database, uses the object-oriented programming technique, the method which the empirical formula and the measured data unify, has constructed high temperature high pressure gas well with sulfur well bore mobile rule platform.
