With the rapid development of urban construction, the amount of construction waste is also growing, according to the original use of the landfill, and accumulation of approach not only causes secondary pollution, and take up a lot of land resources, so look for a line of sustainable development strategy for a new model of waste recycling, has very important significance.BOT financing model in our transportation, environmental protection and other infrastructure construction use, to achieve good economic results. BOT model used in this article will be construction waste recycling program to address public infrastructure projects investment, low management level, operational efficiency and poor, while the garbage franchise agreement entered into supply, tax breaks, subsidies and other minimum requirements of the project income and effective operation of the project to provide strong protection. This article also technical process of waste recycling products and market potential analysis, and profit-based largest output of prices and terms for the determination of the scale of investment provided.This article discusses the characteristics of BOT model and applications, and the project partners relationship building, contract structure and project design. Based on the project's economic evaluation of financial data, analysis of the project is acceptable, whether with good economic returns, liquidity and so on, and uncertainty analysis of the project, find the project's break-even point and the main sensitivity factors, the proposed solution. In addition, this project also to identify internal and external risks, and proposed preventive measures.HN construction waste by recycling studies have shown that BOT projects, BOT model used in waste recycling project is feasible, but also hope that through this research project has been the promotion of the industry reference.
