This paper systematically studied nitrogen elements on the Hot Rolled Rebar influence of mechanical properties. By using transmission electron microscopic analysis and X-ray and analysis test tool, study the mechanical properties and pearlite content, n/vanadium ratio, precipitation phase forms etc microstructures correlation. To study how to reduce the production of alloying elements join quantity, reduce HRB335 and HRB400 production cost. And the following major results has been obtained:Nitrogen element can expand austenitic phase area, in the production of HRB335 reinforced, appropriately increased nitrogen element content, can increase the number of pearlite in the room temperature organization. In reducing the amount of Mn elements join can also produced with the GB provisions HRB335 reinforced. The nitrogen content of experimental steels can be increased by adding Si3N4 in the laboratory steel smelting experiments. When N/V (percentage content) close to one, separation material size nearly about 10nm. Increasing nitrogen increased micro alloying elements precipitation strengthening and fine-grain strengthening effect, add nitrogen element solid solution strengthening function of itself, thus reducing Mn and micro alloying elements join quantity and reduce the cost. Trial production results show that, through using Si3N4, HRB400 hot rolled rebar with low cost, good microstructure and qualified mechanical properties can be produced on the base of low manganese and vanadium contents and without using intensive water cooling.Through several different sets of alloying elements add si3n4 increase nitrogen, according to the result of the experiment and combining the current price of alloying elements, this paper puts forward vanadium iron+si3n4 is the best low-cost production combination.
