| This paper consists of a series research supported by the National Natural Science Foundation (No. 50976029) and national"863"plan (No.2006AA05Z119).The 21st century, the whole world are faced with the dual economic growth and environmental protection, thereby changing the energy production and consumption patterns are of great significance for establishment of sustainable development for the energy structure, promote economic development and ecological environment improvement. Therefore, rational use and development of renewable energy has become the major problems that the world must face and solve.Because the traditional hydrogen production methods need to consume a large amount of non-renewable energy sources, it isn't suited to the needs of sustainable development of society. Hydrogen production from biomass as a sustainable development strategy consistent with the technology, has caused the world wide attention. United States, Germany, Japan and other countries have the technology to conduct in-depth study and development. They also set up a research institute, and developed a detailed development plan for biomass hydrogen.This paper developed a photosynthetic microbial hydrogen reactor for the continuous culture device, and carried out biological hydrogen production system and process methods of exploration, micro-organisms for photosynthetic hydrogen production to promote the industrialization process, has a certain practical significance. The main contents are as follows:(1) In order to meet the photosynthetic hydrogen production by microbial hydrogen reactor, bacteria continuous culture system design required to note the contents.(2) developed a photosynthetic microbial hydrogen reactor for the continuous culture device, using a rectangular glass box, with a length, width and height are 100cm, 30cm, 70cm, box at the bottom of the reactor, respectively, and side of the wall box opening, a diameter of 10cm, install pipes and valves. Lights around the box around with auxiliary solar source.(3) the characteristics of continuous culture systems for photosynthetic bacteria microbial hydrogen reactor: auxiliary light source for LED cold light source; structure and material is more reasonable; can be removable and easily washable; a continuous supply of liquid.(4) Continuous hydrogen production by photosynthetic bacteria process running test. The results showed that production of cultured plant strains better stability; 10 days 4 compartments total hydrogen production capacity of 15.42m3; photosynthetic bacteria into the hydrogen production phase, the reaction solution gradually reduce the PH value; the vast majority of gas production is hydrogen. |
