China's Fortified Wheat Flour Promotion Problems And Countermeasures

Currently,nutritional deficiencies are still widespread in China and around the world there,and seriously affecting people's health, not only hinders economic development but also hindered the social progress The lack of nutrition in order to control the crow,many countries have developed appropriate policies to strengthen the management and nutrition to promote their fortified.China is now also exists a lack of nutrition problems solve,but the policy of our country fortified far from perfect,yet not good nutrition guidance and management to strengthen our country,so the nutritional enhancement of foreign policy and the basic situation of China System for the Improvement of the nutrition policy to provide a theoretical basis.This study used data analysis methods,the Philippines, the United States,Canada and other countries of wheat flour fortified with the relevant laws,regulations, standards and guidance documents and other research this study also uses survey methods to understand consumer needs and strengthen the policy of nutritional recommendations.Typical consumer survey sampling method,in Hefei, Wuhan, a random sample of two 300 ordinary consumers to understand their lack of nutrition,fortified foods,fortified with nutrients to strengthen management and other issues related to Level of knowledge and ideas,to analyze consumer demand in China fortification policies and proposals.The results show that developing and developed countries vary greatly fortified policy system:policy system fortification in developing countries include the contents of the more comprehensive and specific,not only for enhanced management and for strengthening the promotion,developed countries Fortification policy system includes the contents of the simple than in developing countries,and mainly for enhanced management. China's policy on fortification of great demand,but fortified our policy system is more simple,even compared with developed countries, there is still much to be further supplemented and improved.In the above basis,we fortified with foreign policy experience,recommendations of international organizations, combined with China's basic situation of China's wheat flour fortification policy put forward reasonable proposals.
