Heterogeneous Fenton system improved the disadvantage of not easy for traditional homogeneous Fenton system to recycle iron and other shortcomings. This improvement not only achieved the mineralization of wastewater treatment, but also controlled the secondary pollution, this system has more development advantages and broad prospects.This subject used resin D072 load Fe2+ as heterogeneous Fenton catalyst. Through the single factor test to determine such a heterogeneous Fenton catalysts degrade the three kinds of acid dye wastewater of initial concentration were 200mg/L to abtain the optimum conditions was the initial pH to 3, H2O2 dosage of 333mg / L, catalyst dosage 10g / L, reaction temperature is 27℃ 80℃. Under these conditions, Acid Light Yellow G, Acid Brilliant Scarlet GR, Acid Turquoise Blue A, color removal rate reached 90%. Handling the initial concentration of 200mg / L basic dyes, cationic dyes, direct dye wastewater, the initial pH for the experimental condition 2, H2O2 dosage of 200mg / L, catalyst dosage of 10g / L, reaction temperature for the basic dye 60℃ 80℃; cationic dyes and direct dyes 40℃ 80℃, the reaction conditions, the three categories of 9 color removal of dyes are more than 90%. In the field of wastewater treatment, resin D072 ferrous ion catalyst for the majority of the load can achieve a good marking dye effect, and it is the practical application for the future with research value.Heterogeneous Fenton catalyst system of Acid Red GR dye wastewater kinetics study indicated that: Treatment of wastewater containing acid red GR dynamic model of the pseudo first order reaction kinetics; Under optimum conditions, the decolorization rate constant of 0.021s -1 to determine the acid red dye wastewater GR kinetics to be a constant expression. These precious researches established a great basis for the next continuous reactor design and operation.
