On The Animal Welfare Legislation

Animal welfare legislation in China has just started,while in Westem countries has been a Century of time.This problem to be solved is how to leam from foreign advanced experience and consistent with legislation under the conditions of China's specific national conditions,smooth our animal welfare legislation.Text consists of four parts:First,the Animal Welfare Act applies to the object described,explained the origins of the idea of animal welfare and animal welfare legislation in Western countries the origin and development process.Secondly,from the animal's moral status and legal status of the two aspects of analysis,described animals have intrinsic value worthy of our respect as well as its only object of legal relations with the object of protection,so as to seek legal basis for animal welfare legislation.Again,introducing the conservation status of animal welfare and production of the main reasons.Finally,animal welfare legislation through the analysis of the necessity and feasibility of proposed construction of China's animal welfare law idea.
